Company

Every idea deserves a working solution.

We turn complex challenges into digital products, from the first prototype to systems used by thousands of people every day.

Our mission

Give ideas the engineering to succeed.

Technology should expand what a business can do. Our job is to understand the outcome, find a way to achieve it and deliver a solution that works in practice. We bring product thinking, development and operations together in one team.

What we take on

We can build any project. We don’t take every one.

We look at what the result will do, not at the budget or the stack. Four questions we ask before we start.

  1. 01

Makes the world a little better

The product solves a real problem for people or an industry instead of creating a new one. We want a result worth being proud of.

  2. 02

Makes work simpler and more pleasant

A good tool removes routine and gives people their time back. If someone’s work got easier after launch, the job is done.

  3. 03

    Has technological value

The task calls for engineering: architecture, data, integrations, a new approach. Such projects make both the product and the team stronger.

  4. 04

Is needed in practice, not on paper

People will use the product every day rather than report on it. We don’t build box-ticking projects, only what will live on after launch.

A word from the founder

“Let’s work out how to build it.”

I started MTeam with a belief: a difficult challenge is a reason to look for a solution. We do not limit an idea to a familiar set of tools. If the outcome calls for learning a new domain, combining technologies or building our own tool, we take on that work.

To me, “we can build anything” means being ready to investigate, assess constraints honestly and take responsibility for the outcome. I want you to bring us a challenge and trust us with the engineering journey, from the first decisions to launch and ongoing support.

What gives us that confidence

01

See the whole challenge

We connect web, mobile, AI, data and integrations into one product that addresses your needs.

02

Choose tools for the outcome

We use proven technologies, investigate new approaches and build our own tools when existing ones fall short.

03

Stay responsible after launch

We design for operations: performance, monitoring, updates and future growth.

Intro call

Tell us about the task — we’ll work it out together

At the intro call we’ll say plainly how to solve it and whether it’s one for us. If it isn’t, you still leave with recommendations on where to start. If it is, we take on the whole engineering journey, from the first decisions to launch and support.
