Since 2013Product engineering team

We build software products — and keep them running.

An experienced team that designs, builds and operates complex web and mobile products. We run our own products, so we build yours the way owners would.

02 / how we work

No surprises. Not in scope, not in the invoice.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

We dig into the business goal, users and constraints — free of charge.

  2. 02

    Fixed estimate

The team estimates every task with planning poker. The price is fixed for the agreed scope: if we underestimate, that’s on us. New requests are estimated separately.

  3. 03

    Build in the open

A shared Slack channel, regular demos and progress you can see — no black box.

  4. 04

    Launch & run

We ship to production and stay on call 24/7 — or hand over cleanly to your team.

04 / skin in the game

We don’t just build for clients. We run our own products.

Since 2013 we have launched, sold and operated our own services. That changes how we work on yours.

  1. 01

    Owner’s judgment

We weigh every feature against cost and payback — and push back on scope that doesn’t serve the goal.

  2. 02

    Production-proven stack

The architecture we recommend is the one running our own products under real load.

  3. 03

    We stay after launch

We operate our own services 24/7, so monitoring, releases and incidents are routine, not an upsell.

  4. 04

    Business, not just code

Pricing, payments, analytics, growth — we have been through it ourselves and speak your language.

07 / FAQ

Questions we get before every project.

Can you handle our project?

If we take it on, yes. We only take on work we are ready to deliver to a high standard: at the intro call we go through the task and tell you plainly if it is not for us or if part of it is better done differently. From then on we are responsible for the outcome, from the first decisions to launch and support.

Do you keep to the deadline and the estimate?

Yes. The timeline and the price are fixed for the agreed scope before work starts, and we keep to them: if we underestimated a task, that is our risk, not yours. One rate of €100/h for every specialist, an estimate per task, and new tasks are estimated separately and up front, so you always know what you are paying for and when you will get the result.

Where do we start if we are not ready for a big project?

With a small stage that has a result of its own: discovery and specs, a specification, UX prototype and architecture, or an audit and prototype for an AI task. The documents are yours, and you can take them further with us or with another team. The intro call is free either way.

Will you take over an existing product?

Yes. We start with an audit of the code and infrastructure, then take the product on for support and further development: stability, improvements, fixes and, if needed, 24/7 on-call.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do. Source code, designs and documentation are transferred to you under the contract. The project is not tied to us: another team could carry it on.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request, and before the intro call if the task calls for it. What can be published about the project is your decision: from a case study without the client’s name, like the NDA projects on this site, to nothing at all. We agree on it up front.

How do time zones work?

The team works daily 10:00–22:00 CET, which overlaps with the European working day and the morning on the US East Coast. Clients with an SLA get 24/7 on-call for critical incidents.

Do you use AI to write code?

Yes, as a tool in an engineer’s hands, not instead of one. It speeds up routine work: boilerplate, tests, migrations, documentation. Architecture and technical decisions stay with people; every line goes through the same code review, tests and CI as code written by hand, and nothing reaches production unchecked. The team is accountable for the result, not the model.

What happens after launch?

We either keep running the product under a support plan, with monitoring, releases and incident on-call, or hand it over to your team with documentation and a walkthrough of the code and infrastructure.

Intro call

Start with an intro call

We look at your goal, flag the risks and suggest the leanest way to build it. Nothing to prepare.
